Always got your back, grandma

I’ve always had a shared love of cardinals with my grandmother—she was the sweetest and most considerate woman in the whole world. The day she passed was the day I knew I had to honor her memory with something special to us.
I knew immediately what I wanted—no, needed—to get. Proudly perched between my shoulder blades is a tattoo of a cardinal resting on a yellow rose, so that I know she will ALWAYS be watching my back.
Remember to give your grandparents a big old hug for me.
