Charity Oetgen

Charity Oetgen is a tattoo artist and watercolor painter with over 15 years of experience. She holds an MFA from Laguna College of Art + Design, has been published by National Geographic, and her work has been included in Jane Goodall’s personal collection.

She specializes in custom watercolor tattoos inspired by wildlife, nature, and emotional storytelling. Each design begins as a hand-painted watercolor piece, allowing clients to leave with both a one-of-a-kind tattoo and the original artwork.

Known for her animal portraits, nature-inspired sleeves, literary themes, and expressive watercolor style, Charity creates tattoos that are both visually striking and deeply personal.
