Rising from the Depths

This was my first tattoo. I had looked through multiple artists’ portfolios and really enjoyed Andrew’s unique work—especially his octopi. The tattoo symbolizes the adaptability and resilience of oneself over challenges in life, the darkness and depths in which I navigated prior to the tattoo I will always be grateful for, and the trident symbolizes that I will always keep my guard ready for what comes ahead.
